When it's all said and done, we can only talk about
the marketing methods that work for us. Forget all
the hype, all the theories, just give me the cold hard proof,
in other words - show me the stats. Show me the results.
Show me what works and leave the bovine deposits in the
field where they belong.

So in that light, I would like to tell you what
works for me...

Here are my two most effective Internet Marketing Tools
I use. One is fairly new and the other has been around
for years. They are RSS and Article Writing.

In January of this year (2005) I started implementing
these two marketing tools with my site. I RSSized my Site!
I put in RSS feeds, started using blogs and RSS keyword
marketing. Basically using Strategic RSS Positioning for my site.

I also start writing articles for the first time, I
have written over 30 articles, and I have spread those
articles all over the web.

These two marketing techniques or tools has made all
the difference in the world to my web site.



First, lets talk about RSS - (Really Simple Syndication or
Rich Site Summary) I integrated RSS into my site, put out
RSS feeds for my major keywords, used blogs. Putting a blog
on your site using free services like Bloglines (owed by
Ask Jeeves) or Blogger.com (owned by Google) only takes a few minutes
and is as easy as typing a sentence!

Blogs/RSS provides fresh content that is the lifeblood of
the search engines - give good content and you will see the
rewards quickly. Your keywords get indexed within weeks
- delivering targeted traffic to your site. I have seen a
dramatic rise in traffic and a big increase in rankings for
my major keywords since using RSS.

Proof: See the bottom of this post, there's a link for
'best gaming notebooks' now type those keywords into Google,
Yahoo and Msn --- this site is at #1 in Yahoo and MSN, #4 in Google.

Creating a link and a content rich blog on the major subject or
subjects of your site is one of the most effective ways to
boost traffic, build links and increase your rankings in all
the major engines.

Second, lets talk about Article Writing. This is without a doubt the
most effective Internet Marketing Tool you can use. The little 300-700
informative article is one powerful marketing tool. Done right it
can increase your traffic, boost your sales and boost the one-way
links to your site. It is also a very powerful promotional tool that
will help boost you and your site's creditability and presence
on the web.

Show me the Proof. Take a look at this site's Alexa rankings - those
large spikes in traffic was due mainly to Aritcle Writing. Some major
sites featuring articles resulted in some significant increase in
traffic. Also, along with this traffic came increases in Newsletter
sign-ups and affiliate sales. Even Google is taking notice, my site
just went to a PR4 - I have been stalled at PR3 for years!

Article marketing or writing has been so beneficial to me - I just had
to write an article about it. (What else!) In that article I list
out all the benefits of article writing, how I went about doing it, some
really helpful hints, along with further PROOF that article writing does
actually work.
