Do you watch the Oscars?

I have been watching the Oscars for over
30 years and each year it's always a
happy social get-together with friends
where we run a friendly oscar race of
our own.

Picking the winners can be tricky at times
but with the internet - it's a lot easier.

I believe we sometimes forget just what a
valuable resource we have at our finger tips.
You can sample perditions from film experts,
and film enthusiasts from around the Globe.

Compile all this information and you have
a great chance of winning your oscar pool.

That's what I did!

And Guess who won this year's 77th oscar pool.

I mention all this --- not to brag but point
out that the internet can be a valuable tool
--- all we have to do is apply its knowledge
to the task at hand.

Whether it's the oscar race, or finding the best
marketing tool or program. The information is
there - we just have to search it out.

Just find it and use it!

Search engines are the best things on the net.
Actually, the net would be almost useless without
them! We sometimes take them for granted.

As you can see I am a strong believer in
Search Engines.

Google for God!

They have my vote!

That leads us into a program I want to tell
you about - Searchestate.

It's a very good lead capture program that's been
around for a few months or more.

A lead capture program works by offering a free
service, marketing tool, website, anything of
value to get a prospect interested in joining
your program or newsletter.

The higher the quality of your lead capture program
- the faster and easier it will be to build your
leads.

Searchestate - is such a program.

You give away free sites and free advertising to
capture your leads.

I have not worked this program to any extent - yet.
But I have a marketing contact who is getting good
results with this one. Be warned that he does have
a list of over 30k to pitch it to --- but still
he can promote any program and he's promoting this
one.

It's been my experience that these types of programs
run hot for awhile and than fall into the ether.

However, some quality programs do survive and you
can work them for years. Searchestate, I believe has
that quality and will be around for awhile.

Besides, if you're providing some valuable products
(website, billboard advertising) --- building leads with
it will be easy.

I first told you about Joel Comm's amazzzinng
results from Google Adsense last week. I guess
it needs to be repeated because this is one
source of revenue you shouldn't ignore it you
have a website.

In his new book 'Google Adsense Secrets', Joel
explains how he went from $30/day to $500/day
by making changes on his sites and optimizing
them for Adsense.
